Make a difference. Every day.

Are you a licensed nurse looking to work at Landskrona Hospital, the small hospital with big opportunities? Do you wish to work in a stimulating and open workplace with a focus on teamwork? Welcome to apply to the Cardiology Department!

We provide acute internal medicine care with a focus on heart conditions, and our primary catchment area is Landskrona-Svalöv. The department is a well-functioning inpatient unit with the capacity for 18 telemetry beds, currently with 14 established care places. The patients you meet, the positive work environment, and the close collaboration within the team create a stimulating atmosphere where every day is an opportunity for new knowledge and development. Our department is characterized by being a close-knit team with an open atmosphere.

With us, we work in interdisciplinary teams with close collaboration among all professional roles such as doctors, nursing assistants, municipal coordinators, dietitians, and pharmacists. Here, as a nurse, you have a defined role in the team with good opportunities to influence your workplace and develop your skills.

The hospital has several different areas of operation, such as specialist clinics, planned surgeries, surgical and urology departments, three internal medicine departments, and an emergency department. With us, you will come to a small and family-like hospital where you will never just be a number. Walking distance to the train station and buses to the hospital make commuting easy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now welcoming two new colleagues to the Cardiology Department!

As a nurse with us, you will work in a team closely with doctors, nursing assistants, and physiotherapists where the patient is the focus. You will work on the ward with inpatients with heart-related issues. You will also be part of the hospital's 50,000 alarm chain after approved introduction and training in A-CPR.

By working with us, you will be offered good opportunities related to professional development, through both internal and external training. Additionally, you will receive an individually tailored introduction to our operations to help you settle into your new role.

Your shifts can be scheduled for days, evenings, and nights, as well as weekdays and weekends. We use a wish schedule, which means you will have the opportunity to create a schedule that you then adjust together with your colleagues to ensure the department is staffed around the clock. We work two out of five weekends, and if needed, a half weekend may be scheduled every ten weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, newly graduated or experienced, with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required.

You who apply have a desire to work patient-centered with a holistic view and care chain perspective. We appreciate good pedagogical skills, the ability to take initiative, and good collaboration skills with a positive view of teamwork. You are a responsible person with a good sense of service and respectful treatment of both colleagues and patients. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

In this recruitment, continuous selection is applied. Welcome with your application today, and we hope you want to become our new colleague!
