We are now strengthening home care in Northern Stockholm with more planning leaders. The placement will be determined later – we match the right person with the right location based on needs.

You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care and service and can see the individual's needs. You believe that having a leadership role is stimulating, and you enjoy mentoring your colleagues in care and service issues.

About the role

The planning leader works closely with the operations manager based on current goals, strategies, and other guidelines.

An exciting position where you work with daily planning and follow-up of home care and household services, but you are also out working with our customers. The professional role requires good operational understanding and daily work at a detailed level. You work with continuous improvement efforts, which briefly means that the work is carried out in a resource-optimized and efficient manner, from order to execution, with a focus on the customer.

Your responsibilities include, among other things

• Staffing planning, management, and follow-up

• Coaching and following up on the organization's employees to achieve goals and create a good work environment

• Working in various systems regarding planning, key figures, invoicing, and orders

• External contacts

• Participating in systematic quality and work environment efforts

Your qualifications

Requirements:

• Higher vocational education, such as service-oriented care and planning, or other relevant education

• Experience in coordination with leadership responsibility, or other relevant experience

• Good computer skills

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing

Meritorious

• Previous work in home care or other service professions within coordination or planning is meritorious

• B driver's license is meritorious

Summary

Role: Planning Leader

AEmployment form: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period

Working hours: 100%

Working time: Daytime, Monday to Friday

Start date: By agreement
