Björkris is Kungsbacka's largest care and nursing home, completed in the spring of 2023. Here, there are 120 modern and homely apartments where each tenant has the opportunity to create their own secure everyday life. With proximity to the train and only 20 minutes to Gothenburg, it is a convenient and accessible workplace.

The Role of Care Assistant with Us

In the job, you provide good care and social support based on the tenants' needs. Your work also includes social documentation, various health and medical tasks, as well as planning and carrying out daily activities for a pleasant environment for our tenants. We work qualitatively and purposefully with the BPSD register and other methods that promote a person-centered approach where care and support are provided safely and securely based on the individual's needs and wishes. We want to offer security to those we are here for, where we see collaboration as a key factor for our organization. We believe that the role of the contact person is very important and want you to take great responsibility in that area.

In our residence, the Service Administration cleans the tenants' apartments, and our work clothes are sent for circulation washing.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

• is a trained care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

Regarding permanent employment day/evening (not applicable at night) add: The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
