About the role

As a nursing assistant, your role will be to ensure good care and support for our geriatric patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. The team consists of nursing assistants, doctors, nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, social workers, and occupational therapists with high competence in geriatric care.

As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for care and collaborate with nursing assistant colleagues and nurses. You meet patients in various vulnerable situations, where your competence makes a significant difference.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys working in a team. You are flexible and have a high level of engagement, good collaboration skills, are attentive, and communicate constructively.

Your experience

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with at least two years of experience working in inpatient care in a hospital. Experience in geriatrics is an advantage.
