Team Leader Wanted

We are currently looking for a Team Leader on behalf of our client.

The company sells a security solution for cards and valuable documents that is highly valuable to customers and is growing incredibly fast in today's society. The service protects against card and identity theft and has seen strong growth in recent years.

The company is now seeking a Team Leader who can help train and lead the sales team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the salespeople achieve their goals in both sales and developmental objectives. You will also work with sales to some extent for training purposes, which means you must still love and breathe sales.

We are looking for someone who wants to develop in sales, leadership, and team building. You will receive extensive training and further development that will also help you achieve your goals. You should have a burning interest in sales and leadership.

Salary: Fixed salary of 28,000 plus commission. Target salary: 42,000 upon achieving the budget.

Working hours: Weekdays 09 – 18.

Experience: No prior leadership experience is required, but at least one year of sales experience is a must.
