What are your main responsibilities as a Residential Leasing Agent?
We are looking for a results-oriented Residential Leasing Agent for our team in Katrineholm, focusing on sales, viewings, and marketing. To thrive with us, you enjoy working independently and striving towards set goals, with an aim of having zero percent vacancy. To achieve our objectives, you are business-minded, build trust, and have a sales-oriented approach towards our tenants and prospective tenants. You actively seek out and make yourself available where Heimstaden's customers are.
In this role, you will have many personal contacts with both existing and potential tenants. You will be responsible for proactive customer engagement, conducting viewings, and drafting rental agreements. As a person, you are innovative and accustomed to prioritizing to deliver results. You build trust and convey security in your customer meetings, as you are often the first personal contact with Heimstaden.
Your profile
Experience in relationship-building sales, customer contact, and service. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience in residential leasing and/or sales.
Good ability to get along with and manage people in various situations. You are clear, keep your promises, and remain calm even in stressful situations.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Many of our tenants come from all corners of the world, so it is advantageous if you speak other languages.
Accustomed to working digitally and easily adapt to new systems.
Driver's license (B).
The position is a parental leave cover for approximately 12 months based in Katrineholm, starting in May/June. At the office in Katrineholm, there is a colleague in the same role, with whom you will work closely. Work in other locations in the region as well as evening and weekend work may occur.
