In this role, you will work with obsolescence management in an environment with long-lived products and high demands on quality and traceability. You will be a central coordinator who collects and analyzes information, drives cases forward, and creates clarity in decision-making materials and status reports. The assignment involves close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in areas such as technology, procurement, and change management.

• Prepare and eventually lead decision forums and coordinate actions such as last time buy, qualification of alternative components, or redesign
• Support the classification of components and follow up on the status of critical parts and components
• Conduct where-used analyses and other information gathering related to parts and components
• Register and coordinate obsolescence cases
• Develop, compile, and present status reports at an aggregated level
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the area of Obsolescence Management
• Support change management, training, and competency development for relevant stakeholders and colleagues

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Obsolescence Management (management of phased-out components), procurement, technology, or Integrated Logistics Support from high-reliability industries with long-lived products
• Excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems and processes for configuration and change management
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not allowed)
