Job Description

The client is establishing a bidding organization within power distribution (0.4-36 kV) to manage partial and total contracts with network owners and industrial customers. The assignments include both public procurements (LOU/LUF) and private business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure bidding processes
• Conduct technical and commercial reviews of FU
• Be responsible for calculations and pricing
• Risk and opportunity analysis
• Ensure management according to AB 04 / ABT 06
• Participate in Go/No-Go decisions
• Coordinate with Bid Manager during public procurements
• Support the development of standardized bidding methodology

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in power distribution 0.4-36 kV
• Documented experience in contract calculations (>20-50 MSEK)
• Experience in cable contracts and substations
• Good knowledge of AB 04 and ABT 06
• Experience with LOU/LUF
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience working with larger network owners
• Production background
• Knowledge of EBR
• Previous role as bid manager
