Employee for Check-in with a passion for customer satisfaction wanted!

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of Finnlines customer service team in Kapellskär! Are you looking for a fun and stimulating job and want to work in an international environment? Then we are a cheerful group of colleagues looking for you!

We believe that you have worked in some form of service before and enjoy helping others. You have the ability to take responsibility and prefer to see solutions instead of problems. You can easily communicate with others in both Swedish and English; it is a plus if you also speak Finnish. No prior knowledge is required, we will train you, but you need to be computer literate. Additionally, you need to be able to get here, and we recommend that you have free access to a car as the office is located in Kapellskär and it is difficult to reach by public transport.

Your daily tasks will include customer service, checking in and verifying bookings, as well as responding to and informing our customers about check-in related matters.

Varied working hours during the day, evenings, and weekends, as well as double shifts.

You will receive complete training for at least two weeks, during which you will get all the tools you need to do a great job. Our team works efficiently and carefully with a focus on our customers, and you contribute to helping our travelers get the best start to their journey.
