Within the health and medical care administration, primary care, dental care, and hospital care are gathered in a common administration and organized into county and local health care areas. In the local health care area of Skellefteå, the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, 1177, Center for Surgical Operations, and primary care in Skellefteå and Norsjö are included. Together, these aim to provide good and close care.

Ursviken Health Center is one of four health centers in the northern area of Skellefteå primary care. The other units in the northern area consist of Byske, Kåge, and Morö Backe health centers, with which we have a close collaboration.

Ursviken Health Center is located about 15 kilometers outside the Skellefteå urban area in new, fresh premises. We have good bus connections to the center, and just a stone's throw from our premises, you will find the bus stop.

We are a well-functioning health center characterized by an open work climate and joy at work, where employees enjoy their jobs and their colleagues. The unit has just over 25 employees who work closely together regardless of profession, and we welcome new ideas, have a positive spirit, and always support each other. Everyone cares about each other's work environment, and together we constantly engage in dialogue about how it can be developed and improved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a psychologist with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better.

The work involves psychological assessment, investigation, and treatment work primarily with children and young people, but adults and elderly patients may also be involved.

You will be part of the mental health team within the northern primary care area, where you work independently with close collaboration with other professional categories.

Administrative support and opportunities for training are available. You will also receive supervision together with other psychologists within primary care in Skellefteå.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. It is advantageous if you have experience in assessment and treatment work within primary care.

You are a secure and stable person with a professional approach. You have a good ability to collaborate and enjoy being there for both colleagues and patients.
