Summer Job as a Property Caretaker

Do you want to spend the summer outdoors, work practically, and make a difference for both residents and their environment? We are now looking for a property caretaker for a summer job during weeks 23–32. This is a perfect role for you who enjoy varied workdays, take responsibility, and want to gain valuable experience in property maintenance and outdoor work.

The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Adecco and work for our client.

About the Position

• Maintain green areas such as lawns, bushes, and flower beds
• Handle gardening tools such as lawn mowers and trimmers
• Perform basic maintenance and repair work
• Have some contact with tenants and assist with simple service requests
• Inspect common areas and technical functions
• Collaborate with external suppliers as needed

About You

To succeed in the role of property caretaker, we see that you have:

• Experience in green area maintenance or practical work (preferable but not required)
• Familiarity with handheld gardening tools
• Driver's license B
• A service-oriented attitude and a positive mindset

We are looking for someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and are good at planning your work.
