Junior Technical Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Technical Assistant to support our Senior Manager within Manufacturing Process and Controls GBPO. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain global experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with the development and maintenance of relevant documentation for our transformation within quality management systems, such as global SOPs and user requirements.
• Helping to establish and maintain business systems that support our network of process experts at manufacturing sites, including coordinating meetings, managing stakeholders, and communication.
• Supporting Global process owners with testing and learning activities, pilots of innovative production processes and technologies throughout the development cycle.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a process-related engineering field, such as chemical engineering, food technology, materials engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Has excellent written and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Has strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with global teams.
• Is enthusiastic about learning and contributing to our digital transformation journey.
