About the Company

Steglinge AB is a prominent family-owned business in Höganäs, specializing in processing fruits and vegetables. We collaborate with around 40 growers across the country and are certified according to BRC, IP Sigill Fruit & Vegetables, and KRAV. With our 150 employees, we generate approximately 550 million SEK annually and deliver to households and kitchens throughout Scandinavia.

About the Role

As a quality technician at Steglinge AB, you will be responsible for supporting production in daily quality work by managing deviations, conducting analyses, revising routines, and participating in audits. You will also work with product development, sustainability tests, and documentation, as well as conduct training and ensure that production adheres to quality standards. The role requires precision, structure, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to daily quality work and support production.
• Manage deviations, analyze statistics, and conduct investigations and actions.
• Design and revise routines and instructions.
• Participate in HACCP work and conduct internal and external audits.
• Perform self-checks, sampling, and hygiene rounds.
• Drive product development and sustainability tests.
• Be responsible for documentation and sampling controls.
• Make calls and orders.
• Conduct training and follow up on production documentation.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and has a strong quality mindset. You are meticulous, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but we value your personal suitability above all. Education in food safety, microbiology, or quality is desirable, and we prefer that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as the Office suite.
