Job Description

The position involves standard duties for a district nurse within primary care such as reception work, vaccinations, and telephone counseling.

In our elderly reception, you will take care of our patients over 75 years old who want assistance for a simpler care experience. We adapt the care to the patient's needs, which means that the tasks may vary. We offer, among other things, home visits, telephone counseling, and health conversations. Support for relatives is an important part of the mission.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse. We prefer that you have experience in primary care and/or working with the elderly, but we also welcome newly graduated district nurses to apply for the position. If you have previously had your own practice in elderly care, that is a merit.

We believe that you are an engaged person who has a desire to develop yourself and our operations. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role and contribute to a good work climate. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed

Employment Type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period
