The evening and weekend clinic in Kristianstad is tasked with meeting the residents' needs for acute, unplanned primary care during evenings and weekends. The operation is an important part of the healthcare chain and serves as a complement to health centers when regular clinics are closed. RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of nurse at the evening and weekend clinic, you will work with common nursing tasks within primary care and acute reception services. Responsibilities include reception work, triage during drop-in, and telephone advice.

The role also includes a task as the responsible nurse at the evening and weekend clinic. This task involves responsibility for medication orders, participating in the development and revision of routines, and operational responsibility related to the clinic's daily activities. You also play an important role in developing the evening and weekend clinic forward together with the manager and colleagues.

This assignment gives you the opportunity to influence working methods, quality, and development in an operation with a strong patient focus. The introduction is tailored to your previous experiences to provide you with good conditions and security in the assignment.

The position is full-time. Currently, working hours correspond to approximately 80% based on the operation's opening hours, with the possibility of a leave of absence of 20%. In the long run, the extent may change in line with the development of the operation.

Working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends according to a roster.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. If you have work experience in primary care/emergency care or have previously worked in an evening and weekend clinic, this is considered an advantage for the position.
