About the position

At Perido, we are now seeking a data administrator for data supply to an authority in Örebro where the work is conducted on-site at the office. In this role, you will be part of a collection team where you will work operationally with production and administration related to data collection. The work is varied and takes place in close collaboration with colleagues, subject matter experts, and production managers.

Your responsibilities

As a data administrator, you will work operationally to collect, process, and ensure the quality of data. You will be part of a collection team where you handle administrative tasks such as sending out letters and reminders, contacting data providers via phone and email, and conducting simple reviews and corrections of incoming data. You may also collect information via websites, register data in relevant systems, and run simple scripts according to instructions.

In this role, you will also contribute to the planning, follow-up, and development of the collection, for example by updating routines, documentation, and putting forward improvement suggestions.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You are a relationship builder who creates trust both internally and externally. You have a strong drive and the ability to generate engagement around common goals and ensure that the organization delivers results in line with established guidelines. You easily adapt to new conditions and can reprioritize when needs and circumstances change. You are flexible and enjoy switching between different tasks. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills. You work well with others and want to be part of a team where you contribute to your colleagues' well-being and success in their work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• At least three (3) years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Experience working in teams
• Experience interacting with companies, the public sector, and/or organizations in advisory situations
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

Meritorious:

• Experience leading teams

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31, with a strong possibility of extension. Start date 2026-03-20.
