TeknikAkademin Norden AB is looking for a trainer in maintenance technology who wants to teach and guide students in preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial environments. The role includes both theoretical teaching and practical elements, focusing on operational reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and technical documentation.

As a trainer, you contribute to providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how machines and technical systems are maintained, optimized, and secured to achieve high availability and efficient production.

• Teach maintenance technology, preventive and corrective maintenance

• Guide students in troubleshooting, repair, and systematic maintenance planning

• Introduce methods for condition-based maintenance and operational reliability

• Teach documentation, safety procedures, and work environment requirements

• Support students in practical tasks and technical projects

• Has a professional or academic background in maintenance, production technology, or a related field

• Has experience working with industrial maintenance and technical systems

• Has a good understanding of mechanics, electricity, or automation

• Is structured, analytical, and confident in technical problem-solving

• Has good pedagogical skills and can convey technical relationships clearly

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Preferred: experience in teaching or mentoring
