The company has its office in Rönninge, but work primarily takes place on construction sites around southern Stockholm. Travel to other locations may occur as needed. We are happy to share more information about the business with you during a personal meeting.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in leading construction projects, preferably in environments with special requirements such as laboratories or healthcare facilities. We place great importance on personal qualities, but we would like you to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• Experience in driving multiple parallel, technically complex projects
• Previous experience in construction management in laboratory and/or hospital environments
• Good system skills and comfortable with digital tools
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license (B)

• Post-secondary education in construction, engineering or equivalent
• Experience in cost estimation

As a site manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on work in ongoing construction projects, often in sensitive and technically demanding environments. Your main areas of responsibility are:

• Planning and leading daily work in multidisciplinary projects
• Continuous dialogue and collaboration with team leaders and project management
• Managing production – both of your own staff and subcontractors
• Scheduling, resource planning, and financial follow-up
• Conducting self-checks and managing any deviations
• Ensuring that projects are conducted according to the company's routines and objectives
• Actively working with quality, work environment, environment, and safety
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations on-site

You will work closely with both project managers and the production team. The role involves great variation, where you will both work operationally and contribute to long-term development.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, 40 hours per week. Overtime is possible and compensated according to applicable agreements.

This is a recruitment for a permanent position, starting as agreed. The process includes a background check that covers extracts from the public criminal record as well as checks of financial stability. Alcohol and drug tests will also be conducted before employment.
