Your role as a Construction Engineer

As a construction engineer with us, you are a key person in the project's administrative processes and work closely with the site manager and project manager. You are responsible for ensuring that the project's economy, quality, and environmental aspects are monitored and documented. In your role, you will also handle purchases, manage change orders, and ensure that the work is carried out according to the company's operational systems and policies. The current project manager group primarily works on projects in the southern Stockholm area.

• Follow up and report on the project's final cost forecasts and financial status

• Ensure positive cash flow and internal rate of return

• Keep change orders updated and communicate with clients

• Update quality and environmental plans

• Conduct purchases within assigned areas of responsibility

• Contribute to a safe working environment and act as a role model

• Experience as a construction engineer or similar

• Engineering degree or other relevant education or experience that we consider equivalent.

• Experience in earthworks and concrete construction is a requirement

• Good knowledge of construction technology, reading drawings, cost calculations, and financial management

• Very good knowledge of purchasing, contracts, and construction law

• Driver's license (B) (requirement)
