Do you want a key role in one of Sweden's most extensive infrastructure projects? We are now looking for an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager for a long-term and technically advanced project within rail-bound traffic in Stockholm.

As a project manager, you are responsible for steering, leading, and coordinating the project through the contracting phase until final documentation and handover. You ensure progress, finances, quality, and risk management, as well as manage interfaces with contractors, internal functions, and external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Steer, lead, and coordinate projects and contracts

• Lead the project group and coordinate resources

• Follow up and report on time, finances, and risk

• Manage operational coordination internally and externally

• Ensure correct documentation prior to handover

• Represent the project towards external stakeholders

• Work with occupational safety responsibilities according to applicable guidelines

• Handle contractual issues, changes, notifications, and quality verification

• University degree in construction and civil engineering or equivalent

• At least 10 years of experience in project management/assignment management within construction and civil engineering in the public sector

• Experience with at least 2 multidisciplinary infrastructure projects valued over 500 million SEK

• Experience with at least 3 projects with coordination responsibilities

• At least 5 years of experience working with contractual issues, change management, notifications, and verification of completed quality

• Documented occupational safety competence (BAS-P and/or BAS-U)

• Experience in project coordination with external parties such as municipalities, nearby projects, and utility owners

• Completed training/course in leadership

• Competence and experience from at least two projects in installations and construction work

• Employment with Edge of Talent with security and support throughout the assignment
