About the position

Luotea performs property management at Södersjukhuset, which includes all technical systems excluding medical technology installations. As healthcare at Södersjukhuset is constantly evolving, it leads to the property manager, Locum, needing to ensure new functions in the property. As a service contractor, we must ensure that ongoing projects work well in conjunction with the normal operations of the hospital. We are now looking for another project coordinator who, together with the existing project coordinator, will be involved in all ongoing and upcoming projects. Through this position, you will be part of a large and competent team consisting of technicians, project managers, administration, group leaders, and specialists. The entire organization is characterized by unpretentious collaboration and an inclusive corporate culture. Your main tasks will be to:

• Be the link between Locum – project management, and Luotea, in construction projects and in technical and practical matters related to the construction projects
• Ensure that the functionality of important property technical systems remains as high as possible during project work
• Be responsible for ensuring that the right expertise is present at the right meetings and that the right information reaches the right people in ongoing and future projects
• Conduct continuous self-checks within ongoing projects and ensure that operation and maintenance instructions are developed and handed over to the operations organization upon completion
• Manage warranty claims after completed projects

About you

What characterizes you is your ability to motivate employees with your drive. The role involves many internal and external contacts, which requires you to be able to create good relationships and to be communicative and clear. Furthermore, you are meticulous and structured and can handle various tasks in parallel while maintaining prioritization skills.

To succeed in the role, you need

• Post-secondary education with a focus on property technology
• At least 3 years of project management experience in technical operations/management and/or renovation projects
• Ability to independently lead projects and coordinate and allocate project resources
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Building technical competence
• Experience as e.g., Installation Coordinator in construction projects
• Experience working in healthcare environments
• Experience with projects or work at Södersjukhuset
