As a Production Engineer, you will be part of a project group consisting of project managers and operational production engineers. Currently, the company is undergoing a change that requires a transition, and you will work together to connect and optimize flows in production based on the changes being made and the new conditions these changes entail.

In the role of Production Engineer, you will therefore collaborate closely with production leaders, ongoing production engineers, maintenance, operators, and quality engineers, and be responsible for areas within automation and auxiliary equipment. This thus requires knowledge in machining and experience in calculations related to technical capacity and balance, as well as analysis related to the relationship between humans and machines.

Examples of tasks include:

• Work and development of workplace design.
• Design of work and maintenance instructions.
• Work with and around lifting tools and other special tools.
• Balancing and technical staffing.
• Conducting human/machine diagrams and analysis.
• Work with flow analysis.

• Has a university degree in Production Technology or a related field.
• Has a strong interest in and experience working close to production and in machining.
• Has good knowledge in machining.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as these languages are used in daily work.

It is an advantage but not a requirement if you:

• Have previous work experience in a similar role.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday. The employment extends to the turn of the year with good opportunities for extension.
