Vann Spa Hotel and Conference is a four-star hotel located 23 km northeast of Lysekil. The hotel has 156 rooms, 8 conference rooms, and 10 group rooms. Our SPA covers 1,000 square meters with 8 pools both indoors and outdoors. There are several training, treatment, and relaxation options to choose from, all within a nature reserve right next to Gullmarsfjorden.

Since the role of night receptionist means you are solely responsible for the reception at night, it is important that you are calm and secure in your way of working, self-sufficient, and able to take your own initiatives.

As a hotel receptionist at Vann, you are the shining smile at the heart of the hotel. You are the warm welcome that guests meet when they arrive. Our primary task is to meet our guests' wishes in all situations. The reception and care combined with joy in your work is our main task to enhance the guest experience and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities: Standard reception tasks such as guest service at the desk as well as via phone and email. Night operation of the booking system, as well as furnishing and preparing conference rooms, lock and security rounds, etc. Good physical condition and attention to detail are important.

We wish for you to be cheerful and positive with a distinctive presence and that you see solutions where others see problems. A requirement is that you are responsible and flexible. We value loyalty, creativity, and the ability to see both the big picture and the details. You must be proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

The position is a temporary contract at 75% with a good chance of extension.

Start as soon as possible by agreement for training and introduction.

Fixed salary according to collective agreement.
