In addition to your contractual hourly wage, you have the chance for an extra summer bonus of up to 6000 SEK!

  • Early-application bonus, 2,000 SEK: Apply for a summer job with us by March 31 and start your introduction by April 30
  • Work-all-summer bonus, 2,000 SEK: Work at least 8 weeks with a sick leave rate of at least 90 percent
  • Rural bonus, 2,000 SEK: Commute from the central town of Kristinehamn or from another municipality to our outskirts.

Working hours:

  • w. 25-32 (You will receive your schedule in good time so you can plan your days off this summer)
  • or work as a substitute.

With us, you will work with varying hours such as day/evening, night, and weekends, depending on the operations. The variation allows for a nice summer life alongside the job.

Job responsibilities

In all our operations, your main task is to help individuals who need support and care in their daily lives. The job is social and varied, and you will receive plenty of training in working flexibly and solution-oriented. It is required that you are a person who can take responsibility and meet people. If you are driven by doing good for others, that is a big plus.

You will work alongside engaging and knowledgeable colleagues who want to contribute to the quality of life for our users and strengthen their ability to live an independent life.

You have the opportunity to work in:

Qualifications

  • is comfortable providing support to both men and women.

You are welcome to have experience from similar work or an education in care, children and leisure, or any pedagogical education, but it is not a requirement.

Requirements:

  • you must be at least 18 years old
  • you need good knowledge of the Swedish language
  • for certain positions, you need to have a B driver's license.

To be considered for employment in health and care, you need to present a valid personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website www.skatteverket.se.

You also need to show a valid extract from the Police's criminal record www.polisen.se (not older than 6 months).

Employment can only occur after verification of work permits, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance, and after presenting a criminal record.

If you are invited for an interview, you need to bring the above certificates with you at the time of the interview.
