Flexibility regarding working hours is an advantage Many of our clients require assistance around the clock. Work shifts may be scheduled during days, evenings, and awake nights, including weekdays and weekends.

We would like you to start your introduction as soon as possible. There are good opportunities to stay on as a substitute after the summer.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

WORKING AT VI OMSORG

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and pension agreement. You are insured while at work and commuting in case of unforeseen events. We offer wellness grants to all our employees. Additionally, we organize activities aimed at both you as an employee and the client you work with. We care about your well-being as an employee!

To be employed with us at Vi Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid identification and submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can order a personal certificate free of charge via the Swedish Tax Agency's website and download it directly with BankID here.

Due to the nature of the job, which may involve solitary work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.
