As a store manager at Synoptik, you act with the employee, the company, and the customer's best interests in mind. You are responsible for ensuring that the store's customers receive excellent service, that the employees in your team reach their full potential, and that the store is profitable. You follow Synoptik's working methods and concepts and share your knowledge of products and services with both employees and customers.
