Do you want to work as a seasonal employee at KKB? We are currently looking for a property technician for a seasonal position from June to September 2026. In the role of property technician, you will work with maintenance and measures on our schools, preschools, and other municipal buildings. This is a broad role with great variation.

The following tasks are included in your responsibilities:

-      daily contact with our operations and subcontractors

-      troubleshooting and meter readings

-      minor repairs and handling of fault reports

-      changing light sources and other maintenance of the properties

Your profile We are looking for someone who is a trained property technician or has other education that the employer deems equivalent or has previous experience with similar tasks. To succeed in the role of property technician, you should be very service- and customer-oriented with an independent and problem-solving approach to work. Furthermore, you are flexible and have a good ability to plan and structure your workday. We also see that you have good collaboration skills and value the work team highly as you will continuously need to give and receive help from your colleagues.

In addition to the above, you must have a B driver's license and be able to speak and write Swedish.

Start date in June 2026. Duration approximately 4 months.
