Team Leader for Park Maintenance

As a Team Leader, you will actively participate in daily operations by coaching and motivating your team to create world-class experiences every time! You are the closest manager to the seasonal staff and responsible for their development and the department's growth, which is why we are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves the experience of cleanliness and freshness.

We are seeking team leaders for both our daytime and nighttime operations for the 2025 season. As a Team Leader for Park Maintenance, you will be responsible for the park's cleaning and sanitation. We work with cleaning in all forms for both guests and staff, but the role also involves some administrative tasks. The work is primarily outdoors, and you will often move between different areas of the park on foot, meaning physical activity and proximity to nature are significant parts of the job.

As a person, you are confident and have a positive attitude with the ability to engage and inspire your colleagues. You understand the importance of clear and direct communication and how it contributes to strong leadership and the continued development of your team. The work can be demanding at times, so you need to be an independent and proactive problem solver. Previous experience in leadership or cleaning may be advantageous.

As a team leader for nighttime Park Maintenance, you should also be practically inclined and have some machinery experience.

A manual B driver's license is required for both positions.

This is a seasonal position that runs from April to September, with the possibility of extension over Halloween and the Fairy Tale Christmas at Kolmården. The work schedule includes both weekdays and weekends, and working hours are adjusted according to the park's opening hours.

Selection is ongoing, so submit your application today! We only accept applications via our website, not via email.

We warmly welcome your application!
