We offer you a key role in an expanding agricultural and contracting company with about 60 employees, of which about 10 are on the farm. Your role as a Machine Operator/Farm Worker is a very important part of our future agriculture where you have the opportunity for further development in your position. There are great variations in your daily work throughout the seasons of the year.

Your tasks include everything related to crop production, machine service, and some building maintenance. This position primarily encompasses the farm's operations where crop production will be the focus during the season, and various contracting assignments occur during the winter. Since we also have dairy production, we help each other with some of those tasks.

Your physical condition is good, and you are used to working practically in all aspects related to crop production and machine maintenance, as well as simpler building maintenance and handling of cattle. You are confident in your role, enjoy having responsibility, and are solution-oriented.

It is desirable that you have agricultural education or equivalent knowledge and preferably some years of work experience in the field.

Great importance is placed on your personality and ability to collaborate with your colleagues, as well as to work independently. Our focus is on the entire team, where every part of the operation is important, as well as the different individuals that make up the team.

Baltazar Agro is an expanding farm with dairy production, crop production, and contracting activities at Öjeby Gård, Linghem, Linköping. We like to be at the forefront and have recently started biogas for electricity production and the installation of new milking robots. The farm has about 400 dairy cows, and the crop production covers over 1000 hectares, and we operate organically. We look forward to your application.
