We offer you a key role in an expanding agricultural and contracting company with about 60 employees, of which about 10 are on the farm. Your role as Operations Manager is a very important part of our future agriculture where you have the opportunity to develop in your position. There is a great variation in your daily work throughout the year with the possibility to influence the operations while being part of the management team.

Your tasks will include managing and leading the daily operations together with the management, who are practically involved in the operations. This position primarily involves operational management, and your focus will be on the farm's activities, including crop production, machinery, and personnel.

You have good physical fitness and are used to working practically in all aspects related to crop production, planning and servicing of machinery, as well as simpler building maintenance and handling of cattle. You are confident in your role, enjoy taking responsibility, and are solution-oriented.

It is desirable that you have vocational training as an agricultural manager/operations manager or equivalent knowledge. Several years of work experience in the field and technical knowledge of robotics is an advantage (DeLaval).

Great emphasis is placed on your personality and ability to collaborate with your colleagues, as well as to work independently. Our focus is on the entire team, where every part of the operation is important, as are the different individuals that make up the team.

Baltazar Agro is an expanding farm with milk production, crop cultivation, and contracting activities, and Öjeby Gård is located outside Linghem, Linköping. We like to be at the forefront and have recently started biogas for electricity production and the installation of new milking robots. The farm has about 400 dairy cows and the crop cultivation covers over 1000 hectares.
