Omsorgsfamiljen H.E.M Personal Assistance has offices in Norrköping and Stockholm.

We started our operations in 2015 and are a small company with about 40 clients.

We have a collective agreement with Almega Vårdföretagarna which guarantees that salaries, pensions, insurances, and vacations follow a clear set of rules.

We are starting a new assignment in April and are looking for at least two part-time assistants at about 70% each.

Our client is a young man with a clear desire for an active leisure time of high quality alongside his schoolwork.

We are therefore looking for someone with experience, humor, self-drive, an interest in nature and animals, and who is curious and eager to learn new things. We seek someone who is ready to provide our client with the best assistance in personal care, meals, transfers, training, communication, and everything that comes with a comprehensive assistance assignment with around-the-clock support needs.

We will train and periodically intensively train, swim, communicate, and enjoy nature. We would like you to be familiar with horses. You will accompany the client to and from school, but during the day, it is the school's educators who take care of the students. The assistance hours are in the afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends.

A driver's license is a great advantage, and if you have signed or have that experience, it is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are willing to learn new things based on our client's needs.
