About the role
As a sales alarm installer, you play a key role at the intersection of technology, business, and customer relationships. You are responsible for the entire customer experience - from the first dialogue and needs analysis to installation, service, and further development of the solution.
Your mission includes service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and new installations of alarm systems for both existing and new customers. By understanding the customer's business and challenges, you present relevant, tailored solutions that create security and develop the business. Upselling is a natural part of your work and something you see as an opportunity to create added value - for both the customer and the company.
You work independently in the field with a service vehicle and pre-booked customer meetings. You lead the business in each meeting, drive the dialogue forward, and ensure that the customer receives the right solution - today and in the long run. With a businesslike approach and high professionalism, you make each customer visit a positive experience that opens the door to future business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who
Is motivated by sales, customer relationships, and doing business in technically complex environments. You are attentive, solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trust. With a natural sales drive and a technical interest, you thrive in a role where you can combine consulting, problem-solving, and business development.
You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your customers, and strive to deliver quality in every contact. You appreciate a mobile and varied workday with significant personal responsibility and where results are created in meetings with customers.
Requirements for the role:
- Driver's license B
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
- Ability to travel for work approximately one week per month
If you have previous experience in sales, customer responsibility, and/or working towards set goals, it is a significant plus. However, the most important thing is your businesslike attitude, curiosity, and willingness to develop together with us.
