Tännäskröket is a unique mountain facility in western Härjedalen and part of Funäsfjällen. Here, majestic nature meets tranquility and architect-designed accommodations with activities and experiences right outside the door. The facility offers cabins and apartments, restaurant Arran, as well as sports rental and a sports shop. With activities on two mountains, there is skiing on nine slopes, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and during summer and autumn, we offer hiking, fishing, paddling, climbing, and cycling.

The position is full-time and permanent, and we are looking for someone with broad technical competence, who is organized and meticulous with a sense of quality, safety, and has good practical skills. You are a quick learner and a top-notch problem solver.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the ski area and property matters at the facility. The tasks include planning and executing maintenance as well as ongoing measures for any technical problems that arise. You will also be a team leader for lift and property staff. You will work closely with and report to our site manager and be part of Tännäskröket's management team.

Profile

We are looking for someone who preferably has previous experience working at a ski resort, enjoys taking initiative, and likes to keep things organized. You are driven and solution-oriented, social, and skilled at communicating and collaborating. You have experience in property maintenance, repair, and maintenance of lifts or equivalent. If you are also trained as a SLAO ski patroller or snow groomer operator, it is a plus.

We offer a fun and varied workplace in an exciting and developing work environment, together with the team on site. Since we are a relatively small organization undergoing strong development, you will become an important part of the company and will be involved in developing Tännäskröket together with us. The position is permanent with a probationary period, with partial weekend work during the open season and some on-call duty. Start date is negotiable but preferably as soon as possible. For a period, you will work alongside our current operations and lift manager who will be transitioning to part-time retirement, thus providing you with a proper training period for the facility.
