Water and Environmental Resources ensures that you receive fresh drinking water from your tap every day and a clean local environment. The company is owned by the municipalities of Berg, Bräcke, and Härjedalen. We are responsible for the operation of the water and sewage supply of the owner municipalities, producing and distributing drinking water, as well as managing and treating wastewater. The company is also responsible for the municipalities' waste management, collecting and handling waste and sludge. In total, we have over 100 employees.

We operate over a large geographical area and have offices in Sveg, Hede, Funäsdalen, Svenstavik, Hackås, and Bräcke, which provides great opportunities to work from different locations. Currently, several larger projects are underway, including a major expansion of municipal water and sewage in Härjedalen. The aim is to ensure long-term stable operation for water and sewage supply, with increased environmental requirements and development in tourist areas.

About the Position

As an electrician with us, you will be an important part of our team and work closely with our other employees to solve technical challenges that arise in our processes. You will also actively participate in self-checks at our facilities.

The Electrical Department consists of five experienced electricians who work in Härjedalen, Berg, and Bräcke. Together, we are responsible for the operation and maintenance of municipal electrical installations and facilities, with a particular focus on water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, pump stations, and pipeline networks.

Your tasks will include:

• Operation and maintenance of electrical installations at our facilities within water and sewage
• Construction of control cabinets and documentation of electrical installations
• Creation of electrical drawings and installation of intrusion systems
• Participation in projects and development work within your area of responsibility

About You

To fit the role of electrician with us, we see that you are a trained and self-sufficient electrician with a focus on automation and installation. You have experience with control and monitoring systems, and we prefer that you have worked with water and sewage facilities before.

You are solution-oriented and enjoy working both independently and in a team. We are looking for someone who is curious and has a strong interest in learning and developing within your field.

Since the position involves collaboration and contacts both internally and externally, it is important that you have good communication skills. You need to be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable using a computer and mobile phone in your daily work. Since the position also involves travel, a B driver's license is required.
