HSB plans, finances, builds, and manages housing throughout Sweden – currently totaling approximately 25,000 rental apartments and 340,000 condominium apartments.

HSB Södra Norrland operates in Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland. We serve about 450 condominium associations and other property owners with a comprehensive range of management services. HSB also has around 2,000 rental apartments in the area. We have nearly 230 skilled employees who now need reinforcement. We are looking for property caretakers for seasonal work.

Responsibilities and Tasks

As a property caretaker with us, you work closely with the customer. The work is varied and social. The tasks mainly involve the maintenance of internal and external property environments.

Experience

Experience in property maintenance and gardening is desirable. Education in technical management and a wheel loader license is advantageous. In the role of property caretaker, you must master the Swedish language in both speech and writing, and you must have a B driver's license for manual transmission.

In the role of property caretaker, you are HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as accuracy, a sense of responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver high quality. The work requires you to be structured and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.
