Krokomsbostäder has high ambitions in the energy area. We drive a goal-oriented effort to modernize and optimize our properties. The energy unit currently consists of three technicians and two engineering positions.

As a technician in the energy unit, you play a significant role in the successful energy and operational optimization of our heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. You participate in projects for maintenance and development of properties and their installations and work with troubleshooting and repairs. The work includes capturing and managing faults and improvement opportunities in operations. This is done through fieldwork and with the help of control and monitoring systems and media statistics, as well as in close collaboration with energy engineers, property managers, and maintenance staff.

You have relevant vocational college or high school qualifications and experience from a similar role. You have documented knowledge and experience in installation technology and control technology and are accustomed to working with property automation, superior control and monitoring systems, and operational optimization. You feel comfortable working with digital systems as well as programs like Word and Excel. Practical experience in balancing heating and ventilation systems and in energy efficiency projects is an advantage. You will have your own service vehicle in the job, so a B driver's license is required.

As a person, you are proactive and engaged and are stimulated by working with problem-solving. You are used to working independently and solving the challenges you face in your work, but you also find it easy to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and competencies. This facilitates the many contacts that the position entails; with colleagues, contractors, and tenants. You take responsibility for achieving set goals and contribute to doing so efficiently and with quality. You are accustomed to documenting and working in a structured manner. You have the ability to share your knowledge and experience while being open to learning new things and keeping yourself updated in your field.

Scope: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00
Employment Type: Permanent employment, starting as a staffing assignment (6-month fixed-term employment) transitioning into a permanent position at Krokomsbostäder
Salary: According to collective agreement.
