Workshop Manager/Supervisor/Planner – Jämt-Maskin

Jämt-Maskin is a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience in agricultural, construction, and green space machinery.

We have created a strong team where sales, spare parts, and workshop work together to provide our customers with the best service.

We are now looking for a Workshop Manager/Supervisor/Planner to join our team – an important and varied role that involves much more than just an office job!

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work both in our office, in the workshop, and out in the field with our customers in Jämtland County. Your daily tasks will be diverse and include:

• Planning workshop activities
• Order management and invoicing
• Phone & email contact with customers and suppliers
• Monitoring workflow to ensure fast and efficient service

What We Are Looking For

We believe you have experience working with service and maintenance of heavy vehicles or machinery, and that you know what it takes to deliver good and fast service. To succeed in this role, you need:

• A technical education in vehicle technology and/or practical experience with heavy vehicles
• Very good computer skills
• Driver's license (at least B)
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as some English
• The ability to understand and appreciate the value of order and tidiness
