As a service technician at Culligan Storkök, you will have an independent daily routine with significant responsibility, but also a close-knit team behind you. You will be based in Östersund and work with troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of large kitchen equipment for our customers, primarily in the public sector.

You will be part of a stable and international company with a local, experienced, and engaged team. This is a senior role that suits you if you already have technical experience and want to develop further.

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of large kitchen machines
• Work proactively with service and maintenance at our customers' locations
• Plan and execute your own service assignments - with great freedom to manage your daily routine
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with professional interaction
• Work from home or the office in Östersund (where we would love to have a coffee together!)
• Collaborate closely with the service manager, customer support, technicians, and salespeople

• Have a few years of experience in technical or mechanical work - preferably with troubleshooting larger machines, vehicles, or similar. Experience in large kitchens is a plus, but not a requirement
• Have basic electrical knowledge and are used to working practically with technical equipment
• Thrive in an independent role but appreciate collaboration and a strong team spirit with colleagues
• Are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a strong sense of service. You maintain a high customer focus and always see the big picture to solve the customer's problems
• Have a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We prefer candidates with a few years of professional experience and those who appreciate a job where you can use both your head and your hands!
