The job involves having overall responsibility for green areas and plantings, and you may need to coordinate work with summer interns.

• Mowing with ride-on mowers.
• Edging.
• Weeding flower beds, plantings, and bushes.
• Other maintenance to keep communal areas in good condition.

• You must have at least a high school diploma.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• It is advantageous if you have previous experience in similar jobs, for example, operating different types of mowers/machines for outdoor maintenance.

As a person, you should be self-driven, able to take initiative, and feel that you contribute to a better outdoor environment. You are meticulous and structured and have an easy time meeting and working with people.
