International B2B Sales Representative for World-Leading Industrial Specialist

About Us

We are a technical specialist company with extensive experience in advanced repairs, upgrades, and lifetime extensions within heavy industry. Our robot-based, mechanized welding on-site at customer locations is world-leading and used in some of the industry's most demanding environments. Our customers are found in the process industry, energy, paper and pulp industry, and petrochemical industry - sectors where reliability and delivery security are business-critical. With a turnover of over 300 million SEK and projects in several countries, we are a growing player with high ambitions and strong confidence in the future.

About the Role

As an International Export Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our continued international growth. You will work with technically complex services, often in close collaboration with our engineers and technical specialists. This is the role for you if you enjoy long sales cycles, high value per deal, and customers who genuinely care about quality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets
  • Drive the entire sales process - from initial contact to signed contract
  • Negotiate deals with customers in heavy industry and complex environments
  • Work closely with internal technical experts to create tailored solutions
  • Participate in international trade fairs, customer meetings, and site visits
  • Contribute to strategic market analysis and long-term business development

Who You Are

We believe you are business-driven, curious, fearless, and thrive in technical contexts. You don’t need to know everything from the start - the right attitude and sales drive are more important than seniority. We would like you to have:

  • Experience in international B2B sales within industrial services or technical solutions
  • Technical understanding or a strong desire to learn complex industrial solutions
  • Fluent English in both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
  • The ability to work independently and drive business from idea to closure
  • Good collaboration skills and a relationship-building approach
  • The ability and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis

Experience in welding, repairs, or lifetime extensions within the process industry is an advantage - but not a requirement.
