About the job as a tactical buyer:

As a tactical buyer with us at Jefferson Wells, at our client SAAB in Karlskrona, you will work with the daily purchasing flow and ensure that the business has the right materials at the right time. You will handle orders and delivery monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with other buyers and the goods reception, where you become a key person in following up deliveries, managing calls for materials, and updating item information. You work in a structured and proactive manner to ensure delivery precision and contribute to an efficient material flow.

Common tasks include:

• Managing stock orders and logging pickup orders.
• Calling off stock materials and following up on missing deliveries.
• Monitoring deliveries and escalating discrepancies to tacticians and strategists.
• Updating items with delivery times, prices, and other information.
• Creating KPIs for delivery precision and flagging discrepancies.
• Updating price lists and collaborating with goods reception.
• Handling orders and delivery monitoring.
• Writing simpler contracts.
• Supplier contact.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who wants to develop in tactical purchasing and enjoys a role where you can combine structure, communication, and problem-solving. You are proactive, driven, and have an easy time collaborating with different functions. To succeed in the role, you need to be meticulous, responsible, and have a good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English.

In addition, we are looking for someone who:

• Has education and experience in purchasing.
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Enjoys a role with many points of contact and varied tasks.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, require certain citizenship.
