ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a tactical buyer for an assignment in Karlskrona. Your main task will be to manage supplier offers, negotiations, and contracting of the deliveries that the organization needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main task is to manage supplier offers and be responsible for negotiations and contracting of the deliveries that the organization needs. The work is carried out by driving and participating in cross-functional category and procurement teams as well as improvement initiatives. In the role of tactical buyer, you ensure an efficient flow in close collaboration with Technology, purchasing requests, NDA processes, contracted suppliers, and applicable agreements. You are also responsible for managing item and inventory material information within your category as well as related administrative tasks.

Drive and participate in cross-functional category and procurement teams
Negotiate and contract supplier offers
Ensure that the flow works in collaboration with Technology, Purchasing Requests, NDA, and agreements
Manage information regarding items and inventory materials within your category
Perform administrative tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Good knowledge of category work
Experience in writing contracts, NDAs, and procurement
Good experience in purchasing. At least 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance

It is an advantage if you have:

Some experience in category work
Ability to interpret drawings
Familiarity with GCP
