About Apoteket Wachtmeister

At Apoteket Wachtmeister, as a sales leader/self-care advisor, you will play a key role in creating inspiring customer meetings and strong self-care sales. The pharmacy is centrally located next to the mall and has a steady and varied customer flow with customers of all ages.

Self-care is an important part of the pharmacy's offering, and in this role, you have a clear responsibility for the assortment, display, and sales within self-care. You work closely with the team on a daily basis and contribute to creating structure, engagement, and a positive sales culture at the pharmacy.

We are a close-knit team of five where collaboration and well-being are a natural part of the workday. In this role, you will receive support from the regional sales leader, and for those with previous experience, there are good opportunities to quickly get into the work and take responsibility.

This is a role for you who thrives in customer meetings, enjoys taking responsibility, and wants to work in a central and vibrant environment where self-care and service are the focus.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09-18 and Saturdays 10-16.

Your role

As a sales leader, you work with a forward-looking approach, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. Here you have an extended responsibility where you, together with other functions, work to achieve our goals within quality and sales. You work closely with our regional sales leaders, sales support, assortment department, and marketing department. In your role, you are responsible for ensuring that our self-care department meets set goals and action plans.

What you will do with us:
  • Drive and develop personal and mechanical sales.

  • In collaboration with the pharmacy manager, set sales targets and action plans for self-care sales.

  • Work with sales management, responsible for developing self-care sales.

  • Ensure that set sales targets are achieved.

  • Continuously follow up on sales development through established KPIs.

  • Plan, implement, and follow up to ensure our campaigns are effective and that the right information and products reach our customers for the best outcome.

  • Coach, train, and lead pharmacy staff for success in every unique customer meeting.

  • Ensure that the pharmacy is always sales-ready with attractive signage and well-stocked shelves.

  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we see that you are a trained pharmacy technician or self-care advisor. You likely have work experience in sales within pharmacies or retail, and preferably have previously held a role with responsibility.

  • You have previous work experience in sales within pharmacies or retail.

  • You have a strong interest in sales.

  • You are communicative, clear, and good at motivating and inspiring others.

  • You are goal-oriented and have a strong business understanding.

  • You are structured, solution-focused, and used to working towards clear goals.
