ABOUT THE POSITION:

In the role of Object Planner, you will work closely with production and be responsible for planning and monitoring one or more objects, such as a section of a ship. You own both the project plan and the detailed plan for your object and are the cohesive link between production, sub-project leaders, preparation, material planning, and quality. The work takes place in a cross-functional team where collaboration is crucial for success. The role is operational and dynamic, with several parallel objects running simultaneously, where you act as the final guarantee that the work is clear, feasible, and on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan when and how the work should be carried out for your object
• Ensure that materials, resources, and conditions are in place on time
• Follow up on activities and delivery milestones in production
• Create structure and clarity in complex production flows
• Collaborate closely with sub-project leaders, preparation, material planning, and quality
• Manage changes and quickly adjust planning when necessary

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Is structured, communicative, and enjoys many parallel tasks
• Has the ability to drive things forward and create order in complex situations
• Is fluent in Swedish and English
• Has experience in a similar role, or a relevant post-secondary education
• Enjoys working closely with production and real operations

This is not a technical specialist role; instead, we are looking for someone who enjoys pace, responsibility, and collaboration, and who wants to contribute to delivering socially important projects with quality and precision.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
