In the municipality of Vänersborg, we can offer you a challenging, educational, and varied job. In Home Healthcare, you work independently and have close access to many great colleagues. Home Healthcare is a pleasant workplace where we care for each other's work environment. You will have a free role where you plan the care around the patients yourself. Here we work in teams and support each other. We work daytime and every 5th weekend, with evening shifts included on weekends. We work 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities consist of performing health and medical care tasks in close collaboration with various professions. You will be responsible for the care of approximately 20 patients living in regular housing and be part of a team with other nurses. The responsibilities of the care responsible nurse include having primary responsibility for the specific care. The basic tasks are to assess, decide, set goals for care, document, plan, delegate, and lead interventions up to the nursing level.

Qualifications

You must be a licensed nurse/district nurse with several years of experience.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and feel confident working independently. We value an engaged and driven person who wants to help develop our operations. You have a good ability to collaborate with other professions both internally and externally. If you are solution-focused and used to prioritizing your tasks, we believe you will fit in with us.

It is an advantage if you are a district nurse and/or have completed the Incontinence training (7.5 credits).

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
