To strengthen our organization, we are now looking for a Production Manager with a technical focus who wants to help build a stable, efficient, and future-proof production.

About the role

As a Production Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for daily production – but also for its development. You will lead the operational work, ensure delivery precision and quality, while driving technical improvements, optimizing machines, and strengthening our production flows.

We are not looking for someone who just manages – but someone who wants to improve, streamline, and build structure.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and be responsible for daily production
• Production and capacity planning based on orders and delivery requirements
• Staff planning, staffing, and work management
• Optimize machine lines and production flows
• Drive technical improvement projects
• Work on efficiency, capacity increase, and reduced waste
• Ensure high quality and food safety
• Create structure, stability, and clear working methods
• Work closely with management, purchasing, and sales

The role involves both presence in production and structured work with planning and development.

Who are you?

You are confident, structured, and solution-oriented – and enjoy taking responsibility.

• Have experience from production, preferably within food or manufacturing industry
• Have a good understanding of machines, technology, and production processes
• Have worked with production and staff planning
• Are used to driving improvement work
• Are a present and clear leader
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where you have significant responsibility
• Formal education is an advantage, but we value experience, drive, and personality the most.
