What will your assignment look like?

As a project manager in HVAC, you will have overall responsibility for the projects – from calculation to completion. In other words, you are a key person throughout the project's duration. You will work closely with projects, employees, and customers, ensuring that all involved have the information and conditions they need for the project to be executed as efficiently as possible. We prefer that you are physically present in the project for a large part of your working time.

You will be part of our contracting/ROT department in Malmö, which conducts both large and small projects. At GK, we focus on and actively encourage internal collaboration, meaning that you, in addition to your immediate group, will work closely with other disciplines, such as cooling and service.

You will build GK's position and contribute to upselling within your project, as well as ensure that projects are delivered from start to finish regarding quality, time, and economy – with high customer satisfaction.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• HVAC engineering education or equivalent professional experience in HVAC

• At least 5 years of experience in managing contracting/ROT projects

• Good knowledge of contracting law

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of what drives costs in projects.

• Good communication skills and social competence

• Knowledge of project economics and experience in taking financial responsibility

• Experience in promoting initiatives in sustainability and climate is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Wikells

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in sales including calculation of contracting and ROT assignments

• Driver's license and good computer skills
