Aktivera Rehab in Danderyd is now looking for a licensed occupational therapist for a permanent position.

We provide primary care rehabilitation under the Region. We have more than 40 employees: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dietitians, and receptionists who collaborate to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate with colleagues from all professional groups, as we work multimodally around the patient and see this as a strength in our operations and in your work.

You will primarily be responsible for home rehabilitation, but also for assistive device assessments, group work, and competency assessments of work ability and lymphatic therapy at the clinic.

Your tasks will include: ADL assessments, assistive device assessments, prescriptions, and fittings in the patient's home as well as information about selection and the Region's regulations. Visits to Sodexo, memory assessments, and cognitive aids. Advice and support on self-care.

You will work together with a physiotherapist and dietitian, going on both team visits and individual visits. You will work and structure your day together. The tasks are varied, which requires that you are organized, flexible, and independent, and can have an overview of the patient's situation and prioritize your efforts accordingly. We have ongoing collaboration with external healthcare providers in our area.

Since we work in patients' homes, it is important that you are comfortable in environments with pets and are not sensitive to, for example, smoke.
