The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and home nursing, individual and family care, and care homes.

We have five care homes located in different parts of the municipality. Solrosen and Ryttershov can be found in the beautiful central areas of Ulricehamn, while Ekero, Parkgården, and Hökerumsgården are located in the nature-close outskirts of the municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your most important task is to ensure that each individual receives the care and support that corresponds to their needs. With us, the care recipient is always at the center, and a good reception is a given in everything we do.

You will have a varied job with a fine balance between personal responsibility and close collaboration. To provide the best possible support, you will work in a team with colleagues and other professionals within elderly care. Together, we create conditions for our care recipients to have an active, safe, and meaningful everyday life, with the opportunity to live as independently as possible.

The work includes care and support measures according to SoL as well as delegated health and medical care tasks according to HSL. In your role, you will support the care recipient in everyday life through personal care, meal support, and social interaction. You will also participate in various forums such as APT, team meetings, and deviation meetings. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a genuine commitment to people and wants to work in an organization where every day makes a difference. We are currently seeking nursing assistants for two permanent positions and one temporary position.

If you have previous experience in care and support, especially elderly care, we consider it highly meritorious. Knowledge in psychiatry is also a great plus. You enjoy working independently, are happy to share your experiences, and see collaboration as a natural part of everyday life. Flexibility comes naturally to you, and you appreciate a job where no day is like the other.

In the municipality of Ulricehamn, language skills are a strength. It is valuable if you speak multiple languages, but you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are confident in documentation and have good computer skills. Working hours are varied and include days, evenings, and weekends, which suits you.
