A total of about 200 valuable employees work to provide social services to the municipality's residents, most of whom work in elderly care.

In Essunga municipality, there are two elderly homes: Kerstinsås and Lindbacken. Kerstinsås is the largest facility with a total of three departments.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work as a nurse in a pool. You will be part of the municipality's HSL team, which consists of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehab assistants who work together in special housing and ordinary housing. The responsibilities of the nurse include investigating, assessing, planning, prescribing, delegating, and following up on HSL interventions. Health and medical care work in the municipality is always conducted in collaboration with clients, relatives, rehab staff, case managers, unit managers, and nursing staff.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you also have previous experience in the profession or similar work in the municipal sector, it is an advantage. We are looking for someone who finds it easy to collaborate and communicate both in groups and with individuals. Every day, you will need to solve both small and large tasks at work, so we believe that you are used to working independently and solution-focused.

The employment is a temporary position for about 6 months. Working hours are scheduled with duties every 5th weekend.
